In the lead-up to the 2023 AFLW Season. Lucy Watkin, Gemma Bastiani, and Sarah Black are taking a look at all 18 clubs ahead of season 8 commencing.

The focus is on one of the inaugural teams GWS to show significant improvement from where they've been to where they're going whilst Hawthorn are looking towards their second stint in the AFLW this year.
