Maryland's Strongest Hands is the premier Grip Strength competition for the state and was first held in 2019. This year's competition makes this the 4th time that John Foelber has ran this competiton. The events were Ironmind Axle (Double Overhand), 3" Sorinex Saxon Bar, Neutral Grip Hang for Time, and last but not least The Medley. The Overall Winner was Sal Sabatino with Indi Ladhar in 2nd Place, and Jake Fuller finishing in 3rd. John has plans to keep this as an annual competition moving forward.
