• Maintain a counseling log to document dates, duration, and activities for each student session

• Conduct needs assessments with teachers and parents to identify key areas of focus for the school year

• Make referral forms widely available to encourage staff and families to request counseling support

• Host a back-to-school night to introduce yourself, share services, and distribute referral forms
