This episode picks up the topic of my previous episode with Kashmira. Today I don’t want to talk about toxic relationships, but about how I for myself reflect on good friendships, what energy I take out or don’t take out of my relationships and how friendships also effect your unconscious mind in good and bad ways. I am talking about the emotional dependency that comes with friendship and why you still should always protect your own head space.
