You will always have an animal soul.

She is not your enemy.

This is the purpose of your creation. Don’t turn against urself

Wear your crown. Your self esteem is not up for debate.

At the end of chapter 14 the AR teaches something so cool.

When your animal soul speaks in the form of a desire to be filled by something that is not yours, or that is not healthy for you

Let yourself ponder

What am I actually searching for?

What do I think that thing will give me

And then ask

What really is that thing ? ( for example: attractive man= walking digestive tract)

It’s a fun and non threatening way of breaking the high pressure need for that specific thing

And then once that tie is broken

Come back to the desire once again

How can I (godly soul) tend to this need (animal soul)?

Often, just showing up (as our Moach) for the animal soul is enough.
