Today I had on a very special friend, Erika Gutierrez. Erika is a fellow shuffler, LinkedIn Influencer, Applied and Computational Math Major, Dance and Yoga Instructor and Host of Beyond The Shuffle Podcast. Erika and I dive deep into our awakening to white privilege and what we're learning to be the best ally's possible in the Black Lives Matter Movement. We share our own experiences through this collective awakening and share a lot of resources we've been using to better educate ourselves and take positive action in this movement.
