This chat was recorded prior to the writers and actors strike* Cassidy Freeman is a talented and versatile actress as well as a producer who currently stars as "Amber Gemstone" in HBO's hit series, THE RIGHTEOUS GEMSTONES opposite creator Danny McBride, John Goodman and Adam Devine. The series follows a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed and charitable work.

Cassidy's diverse roles have allowed her to travel the world, from Vancouver to New York to Bolivia. She is well known for starring as "Cady Longmire" in LONGMIRE on Netflix and "Tess Mercer" in CW's superhero drama SMALLVILLE. She has appeared on series such as ONCE UPON A TIME, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, DOUBT and COLD CASE.

Cassidy also co-executive produced and starred in the horror-thriller YELLOWBRICKROAD as well as indie feature CORTEZ, both which premiered at Slamdance. Additional film credits include FOREVER PURGE, DON'T LOOK BACK, FINISHING THE GAME and indie feature BRAHMIN BULLS. On stage, she has appeared in Anthony Minghella's Cigarette's and Chocolate in NYC at the Atlantic stage 2 and The Maids at the Moth Theatre.
