Remember the old "pickling" episode? We do, and we realized that we are, in fact, pickled!!! Uh oh!!!!

So what are we going to do about it? The same thing you should do if you and/or your team are stuck in a rut. Stop and figure out what version 2 of you or your team should look like. After that's done, start mapping out your journey to achieve that evolution. Finally, start evolving and crushing everything in your way.
