Risto is joined by Tori Shiver, Erin Centeio, Kevin Richards and Michael Hemphill to do another article club... this time it’s an article by Gloria Ladson-Billings, she literally wrote the book and developed the phrase culturally relevant pedagogy. Ladson-Billings published an article late in 2021 in the journal EQUITY and EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION titled “I’m Here for the Hard Re-Set: Post Pandemic Pedagogy to Preserve Our Culture” So, that’s what we’re here to discuss.
