In this episode, I am joined by special guest, Krysle O'Neil, who is a healer and empowerment coach, to chat all things mindset, manifestation inner healing. She shares her experiences with burnout, self-neglect and negative body image... but what we really sink our teeth into is her experience manifesting winning her first professional boxing fight this year. 

She  gives us the honest BTS of her entire manifestation process behind winning that fight and the mindset that was required for her to get there. As someone with zero experience and no professional training, she was the underdog who surprised everyone when she came out victorious!
