Elijah Manley was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As of June 2020, Manley was attending Broward College for undergraduate study. Manley's career experience includes working in insurance and holding an active 2-14 license. He has been affiliated with the National Youth Rights Association as a board member and immediate past vice president, with the Black Lives Matter Alliance of Broward, as a vice-chair with the Broward school board's human relations committee, and with the United Nations Youth Assembly.
