In this episode of  Hide and Seek, Jon, Craig and Joenas are joined by Nik to demystify fisting, ground it in lived experience, and focus squarely on harm reduction, communication, and care.

We talk about why “too much lube” is rarely the problem, how different positions affect comfort and control, and when it’s time to pause, stop, or seek medical care — no drama, no shame.
