Keira Maloney is not only a council member of ABIC but also a recruitment specialist at HeadHunter Recruitment, which is a recruitment platform servicing the Hairdressing and Beauty industries, exclusively.

Keira has a background in HR and Recruitment within various different businesses in the Aesthetic industry over the last 6 years, working in both internal HR positions, as well as recruitment agency positions, and is fiercely passionate about staying abreast of new concepts, strategies and ideas around how to effectively recruit in our ever-changing industry.

Keira believes we’re in a time where we are moving past the traditional recruitment methods and that we need to consider different options for recruitment to ensure we have explored all possible candidate options when shortlisting. Through her work at HeadHunter, Keira has helped countless businesses create comprehensive recruitment campaigns that have achieved great outcomes.
