Jason and Joe talk about the National Christian Foundation and donor advised funds. 

Joe Eelkema is a relationship manager with the National Christian Foundation Northwest and his talents are in the area of generosity, planned giving, and financial stewardship.   In his role at the Foundation he helps individuals & families participate more deeply in God’s work by simplifying their giving processes, by developing highly tax-efficient giving strategies unique to them, and by connecting generous Christians together in trusted community.  He also serves as an active committee member with Illuminate Northwest, key advisor to an unnamed private foundation, and is an active member of the Northwest Washington Estate Planning Council.    Joe holds the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and he holds a B.A. in Business Communications from Calvin College.  He and his wife, Jenessa reside in Anacortes, WA and are blessed with three busy young children.  In his rare spare time you’ll find him tinkering in the garage or out running on the nearby trails.
