This is a different kind of podcast episode today... And one that needs to come with a trigger warning. In 2024, I decided to leave my marriage of 6 years, relationship of 12 and a half, my home, a joint business and start again.

What I didn't expect was for the first 6 months of 2025 to nearly kill me. My mindset dropped, I had no self belief, my brain wouldn't work, clients left, sales dried up, nothing was working, my horse died and I ended up in a relationship that was not good for me. 

In June 2025, I didn't recognise myself. I was lower than I'd ever been, and did something I'm not proud of. After that, I made ONE decision that changed my life... To make this the best fucking comeback of my life.

Now, at the end of September 2025, I feel better than ever, business is thriving, my income and impact is next level and I've never felt better in myself, my mindset, my business, my creativity and my clarity.
