The beinoni MEDIATEs the space between impulse and response. Because I am NOT you- I can HOLD you.

He doesn’t identify with his trigger. He feels it and sees it but he doesn’t become it

And yes- part of being a beinoni

Is that it’s HARD to be a beinoni

But I don’t give up and put my hands up

And say “I guess I’m a rasha”
