Laura Koller, MS, MSEd, RD, LDN, CDCES, is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of clinical experience, including two decades as a dialysis dietitian. Before pursuing a career in nutrition, she taught junior high English, a role that sparked her passion for education and has shaped her approach to teaching and behavior change. 

As the founder of Transform RD, Laura combines her expertise in nutrition, education, and behavior change strategies to help dietitians simplify client change. She also hosts the Dietitian Book Club, where dietitians explore fresh and insightful books for professional growth. 

Laura is passionate about making behavior change easier for both clients and practitioners, and she loves helping people move from feeling stuck and frustrated to feeling capable and confident in their ability to achieve lasting success.
