Friends, for years I posted on Instagram twice a week, but I wanted to challenge myself and also see what kind of impact it would have on my business if I committed to posting weekly.

Although the results of this exercise only apply to my business, the lessons I learned could be beneficial to you! Mostly, I hope that this short episode inspires you to get out of your comfort zone, take a look at your data, and draw your own conclusions.
