If you would like to make the NY Sour, these are the ingredients to have on hand:

60ml bourbon
30ml lemon juice
15min sugar syrup
25-30ml eggwhite
Double shake and finestrain, garnish with an orange zest
Tools: cocktail shaker and strainers, whiskey glass, loads of ice and a good smile
