You know, on this show, we talk a lot about your core self and about the importance of owning your personal values. Well, today’s guest takes the notion of personal values just a step deeper. He reminds us that our life’s mission might be about “reflecting your deepest held values and beliefs.”

Fr Maurice Emelu, PhD and professor of digital media and Communication at John Carroll University, is first of all a priest from Catholic Diocese of Orlu in Nigeria. For Fr Maurice, his love of God and love of people remain among the highest of his deeply held personal value system.

I spoke briefly with Fr Maurice earlier this week and found myself mesmerized by his thoughtful words and ideas how discovering wonder in everyday life.

He is the author of a 7 Volume series titled An Encounter: A Daily Discovery in Divine Word, which has received wonderful reviews on Amazon.
