The Scottish Commission for Learning Disability is designed to showcase the abilities of a wide range of disabled people.

They recently held a, sold out, event at Glasgow’s Marriott Hotel to show how disabled people can succeed, even excel, in the world of work.

They told their stories about working life and employers took the opportunity to tell others why they actively encourage, and support, disabled people in their workplace.
