In this episode, I talk with Chris Jenkins about hunting the southern Appalachians. This area has low deer densities and rugged terrain that makes finding mature bucks a unique challenge. Chris has an extremely mobile style that helps him find what he calls “buck pockets” where he focuses his time. Chris spends a ton of time exploring the mountains and uses his woodsman ship to be successful. I really enjoyed talking with Chris and I hope you will learn as much from him as I have!
