Proverbs 31 Woman - She is a superwoman. She does it all and she does it well.

• • We juggle so much with being mothers, wives, caretakers, homemakers, and providers we are likely to feel exhausted
  • Evaluate why you do the things you do
  • Ask God to show you His will.
  • Is it time to let something go?
  • Ecclesiastes 3:1 states "There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under the heavens."
  • Does the business of your life steal your joy?
  • Joy comes from the Lord. Phillipians 4:4 states to "rejoice in the Lord always." That is a command! If you struggle to feel joy in life, your family senses that.
  • Nehemiah 8:10 says "The joy of the Lord is our strength!"
  • His strength gives us the power to do the things has called us to
  • Make it intentional to find joy in the lord.
  • How we feel affects our actions and words and affects our marriage marriage
  • Learn to know when to speak and when to to stay silent.
  • Proverbs 15:21 says "There is power in the tongue."
  • Be the voice of encouragement
  • 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus
