What is an intrapreneur? They are an entrepreneur who works inside an organization. They are an organization's lifeblood.
Intrapreneurs often ask the difficult questions. They are likely to step up and challenge the status quo and ask, ‘Why are we doing it this way?’
But they need to do a lot of groundwork so people can be ready to hear what they have to say.
The intrapreneurialism movement is so important right now
How can an organization foster an intrapreneurial culture?
Firstly, identify the entrepreneurs. How? Profile your workforce.
Secondly, give people permission to experiment, permission to think differently, permission to use their creativity, permission, to put their hand up and say, we could do this in a different or better way.
