This one is straight from my heart. I’ve had a complicated, even fraught, relationship with hope. At one point in 2018, I remember sitting in my car and realizing I had none—I literally cried when someone asked me if I did. Fast forward to now: I’m 53, newly married, happier than ever, and I know that some of my best days are still ahead.

In this solo episode, I share my story of moving through darkness, divorce, and doubt into a life filled with love, light, and new beginnings. I talk about the shift I made in redefining hope—not as desperate wishing, but as a spark of light that can grow brighter and brighter if we nurture it.

You’ll hear about the turning points that helped me reclaim hope, how I’ve learned to release expectations, and the practical ways I cultivate it daily. I’m also sharing some honest confessions (like my brief vaping stint before the wedding 😅) because I never want to preach what I don’t practice.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, too old, too far gone, or like the best days have passed—you need this reminder. Hope is not about perfection. Hope is about possibility. And some of your best days are yet to come.

And most of all, remember: you absolutely can redefine hope for yourself at any age.
