Happy Mother’s Day! 

Temperatures will run well below average for most of the week ahead, and while there’s finally some improvement in the wind department, it’s definitely not going to feel like mid-May for several more days. We’re looking at mainly dry conditions overall with just ONE meaningful rain chance in the week ahead. We’ll also update our latest drought status, talk about why lawns across Southern New England are suddenly growing like crazy, and why now is definitely NOT the week to skip mowing the grass.

Plus… daylight continues piling up fast, sunsets keep pushing later, and we’re quietly approaching one of the most beautiful stretches of the entire year around the South Shore.
