Some feel masculinity has been attacked and stripped away in the social media age, yet it remains prominent in the real world. Amidst discussions on toxic masculinity, there's a perceived lack of initiatives nurturing positive masculine growth and responsibility among young men. 

This may be contributing to Gen Z Christian males becoming more religious than their female peers, who are increasingly religiously unaffiliated, and disillusioned potentially by abuse revelations like #MeToo and #ChurchToo.
