On this episode we discuss the very niche (and also intimate) topic of what it is like to maintain a combat sports training practice while underdoing fertility treatments. When we started our journey, we found very little information online so our hope is that this episode will serve as a resource for folks going through a similiar process. Even if you are not personally undergoing such treatments, it is likely that you willl encounter at some point in your training folks who are trying to conceive. At a minimum, we hope this episode helps our listeners have a better understanding of the challenges faced, and in turn, can become more compassionate and considerate training partners and coaches.
