Growing up profoundly deaf was a unique experience for Amanda and she experienced many hurdles and even pushback from college educators about her career decision. Amanda has proven that being profoundly deaf is not a hindrance and is an exceptional advocate for the deaf and hard of hearing community.

Amanda Zubricki, RDH has bilateral profound hearing loss and is a registered dental hygienist. She is also a mom of three girls, one with hearing loss. Amanda enjoys sharing her raw journey of what it’s like to be a deaf person in life and is making it her life mission to create a more inclusive society where the deaf or hard of hearing people are given equal access to the environment around them that they would otherwise miss out on.
