Title: Developing Future Faculty Stewards to Ensure a Favorable Future for PETE

Description: This PETE Collaborative session will include a panel of PETE faculty who completed their doctoral training within the past five years. They will share perspectives on their preparation to engage in high quality teaching, knowledge generation, and service in their current positions.  The discussion will aim to foster a greater understanding of the realities of their work and the extent to which their doctoral programs prepared them for success. Special emphasis will be placed on identifying ways to support the development of future faculty members and stewards of the field (and future colleagues) ultimately to promote a favorable future for PETE.
