Today’s conversation is with Brooke Rosenfeld, a registered dietitian that started out interested in studying history but went back to her childhood roots where focusing on health and activity was a priority. After working in clinical dietetics during a pandemic, she realized this was not where she wanted to practice for the rest of her career. She has found the job she loves and ignites her dietitian passion as the Senior Registered Dietitian for NBS.
