Gabriela Barragán was born and raised in San Diego, California. She

grew up surfing and always loved the ocean. As a teenager Gabriela

began working as a hostess at a restaurant, spent many years as a

server, and ultimately as a craft-cocktail bartender in one of New

York City’s premiere hotels. After several years working at luxury

boutique hotels, she decided to take her skills to the water as

deck/stew and venture into yachting! Fun fact about Gabriela,is that

she used to be a professional dancer and was trained in ballet, tap,

jazz, hip-hop, salsa, and samba! She is currently a deckhand on a 98'

Sunseeker.
