Today’s conversation is with Celestina Brunetti, a registered dietitian who has a strong passion for food and cooking which led her to culinary school. While in culinary school, she took an intro to nutrition class and found her side-passion for dietetics. She has had many different roles while being a chef and being a dietitian and it always comes back to networking and collaboration. Which is why she created the Dietitian Collaborative.
