Currently a Business Relationship Manager who achieved OFQUAL recognition last year with the End Point Assessment Partnership between the NFCC and Cornwall Fire & Rescue.  He currently manages competent Independent End Point Assessors from Fire & Rescue Services across England, focusing on a standardised, consistent approach to End Point Assessments.
