After the busy early December rush, winter break offers a chance to rest, refocus, and prepare hearts for a Christ-centered Christmas. With intentional time management and stress management, we can choose peace over chaos by meditating on Scripture, journaling gratitude, moving our bodies with our kids through walks or light strength training, and building supportive relationships. Caring for our bodies through eating well—even enjoying simple Mediterranean diet recipes—supports this rhythm. Grounded in God’s Word and community, we can refuel our souls and live with joy, peace, and purpose.
