Fun fact: you are NOT stuck, you are just committed to certain patterns of behaviour. The BIGGEST limiting belief is believing that you have a limiting belief in the first place! This episode dives deep on how we get to the point of feeling stuck, and concrete  exercises and supplements that can help you un-stick yourself!

    Ask yourself

    a) How are you choosing to believe you’re stuck?

    b) How is this choice about yourself affecting your behaviours?

    c) What can you think instead?

    3. Limiting  beliefs : ask for evidence 
    4. Cognitive  disassociation (3rd party perspective)
