What has this year looked like for you? What has it taught you? If I could show myself a year ago what 2022 was going to look like for me, I’m not sure I’d have wanted to see it.

To be honest, it’s been hard. One of my hardest ever — and I know I’m not alone in that.

But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve gotten a lot better at seeing the beauty that, yes, while it was hard, existed. Shone through. Kept showing up, even when I didn’t want to. And this year in particular has taught me a ton of lessons that I can't wait to share with you on today’s episode. 

So whether this year has been a hard one for you or your best yet, I hope this episode encourages you to think back on your year, think back on what it’s taught you, and think forward to all that 2023 can be.

You deserve to make this new year the year that you finally push past the unknown, into the deep, and go for it.
