They discuss why lesbian breakups take so long, and is there a way to make them shorter; can we discuss breakups with someone before entering into a relationship with them, the difference between low stakes breakups, ghosting, and breakups that rip your heart out--how to see them coming, how to lean into it, and how to stay conscious during the death. 

Polyamory inherently forces the need to get good at breakups, simply by the nature of the fact that you end up dating so many more folks. Getting "good" at breakups is a powerful muscle to build on this path.
