His Youtube channel (linked below) is packed full of helpful wisdom about the true functionality of our bodies, nature and the systems in place to keep us ignorant of how truly powerful we all are.  Tom has helped many of us to achieve confidence in the knowledge that our bodies are not some testing ground for a selfish agenda. An agenda being perpetrated by a system hell bent on controlling every natural, sovereign thing about humanity as collective. He is a Warrior for freedom and I for one am grateful he is out here fighting the good fight for those that choose to listen.
