This is the audio from the 2023 AERA SIG 93 Catherine D. Ennis Outstanding Scholar Lecture. The highest award given in the special interest group for PE at the American Educational Research Association each year.
Dr. Ben Dyson gave an in-person lecture in Chicago in April 2023. The audio isn't amazing as I used my cell phone to record it. It particularly loses steam during the questions (if you stick around for those). The introduction is by Dr. Pam Kulinna from Arizona State University. The lecture goes until minute 40, and then questions come up (which are hard to hear).
The next AERA conference is in Philadelphia in April of 2024. 2,000 word abstracts are due mid July 2023. Find out more about our SIG here https://www.aera.net/SIG093/RLIPE-SIG-93 It is a GREAT place to be and to submit your work to.
