Today’s conversation with Maria Bock, a second career registered dietitian who started her professional life as an analytical chemist for more than 10 years. While working as a chemist, she sparked an interest in bodybuilding which led to some disordered eating and a poor relationship with food -  and the rest is history. She is the founder and owner of Trek Nutrition where she specializes in working with the recreational athlete and bodybuilding nutrition.
