In today's book study titled, When Misfits Become Kings, Part 2 and in chapter 1, Mark Casto talks about people who have chosen to be chose and used by God. On page 14 he says, "Everyone who has ever accomplished anything has suffered through the growing pains of anonymity." Purpose is purpose and although our past is not stellar, that's the very reason God will use us. He's not looking for perfection. In fact He's looking for the opposite -- the people who have been broken and who might even be broken now.
