The jig is up as we puzzle over SAW, the 2004 horror/ psychological thriller starring Cary Elwes, Leigh Warnell and Danny Glover. It’s the film that kickstarted a franchise, (including the upcoming JIGSAW) and perhaps even paved the way for a controversial new genre of film making. Also featuring Tobin Bell, Ken Leung and Shawnee Smith, this movie tortured us when we were younger, but how does it hold up now?
