Many of us, in the UK, will have access to Freeview TV channels via our televisions or on Smart devices.

The service is creating an accessible channel which will allow blind and partially sighted people to navigate their way through an Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), allowing them to see what’s on tv and which programmes have audio description.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Allan Russell spoke to Gavin Ellis, from Digital UK, to learn more about the changes and how people can feedback on the proposed channel.
