A mother who has a story that will tug at your heart string but is on a mission to make changes to the prison system. She has started a movement called The Voice of Hope and Aspiration for Change in the Prison System.

What do you believe in? Do you believe in yourself? You have to believe in yourself otherwise people can say things that will deter you from being your best self. Never allow anyone to take from you something that you are passionate about.

In life we experience many ups and downs in our lives that can leave you feeling like your emotions are in the middle of construction. How do you overcome the feelings ob being beat down, broken, battered and bruised? What can you do or say to yourself that will help you not place yourself in those situation that will cause you to feel that way?
