In life we go through so many things that leaves deep rooted wounds and sometimes we pretend that we are healed when in fact we are not. What is it within you that you can let it go so you can move forward? Do you want to be healed or are you looking for sympathy so people can feel sorry for you? If we are to grow we must learn to let things go not for those who hurts us but for ourselves. It's time to heal.

It is so easy for us to blame others for the decisions that we made. When things go wrong we never want to take ownership for our bad decisions. This because it so easy for us to point fingers and place the blame on some one else when we should be an adult about it and take ownership. Are you a person who places blame or do you take ownership. This is a question you would have to ask yourself.

Have you ever asked yourself this question. What was wrong with me, Why did I do it, When was I going to realize and Where am I going? Life cycles.

In life we have the power to choose what will or will not accept. Do we use it all the time or do we let someone take our power away? Some of our choices have placed us in some uncomfortable positions and some never recover. What has your power of choice placed you in?

In life we cover up so much until we don't know how we got to where we are. We have unresolved issues, hurts, heartbreak, and abandonment issues that shape who we are. Instead of addressing it we cover it with layers and layers of stuff.
