We did a deep dive into conflict this week - conflict styles, red flags, and healthy resolution strategies. Nobody is perfect when it comes to fighting, but we're trying to be better, and we're sharing our experiences and lessons.

His journey to get here was not an easy one; Anthony found himself deep into a cocaine addiction that cost him almost everything, but he shares his story of how he was able to find himself through that. He is now speaking about his experiences in the hope to help others that find themselves in similar situations. The 2010's have been a wild ride, good and bad, and they can't wait to see what the next decade has in store,
