  • Episode 50: A World Cup preview ... kind of
    In this episode, our heroes make a preview of the FIFA 2022 World Cup, which is being held in the solid footballing nation of Qatar, and about 15 games into the tournament, so it's not really a preview, but our heroes, dear Kyle and dear Rob both equally feel that people miss the previews. Probably.
    Plus they don't really preview it and go off topic loads of times. But hey, nobody cares - least of all them, mon cherries.
    But let's look on the bright side - dear Kyle recently won the something-or-other cup for dear Firhouse which makes him essentially a World Cup winner if you will. Will you?

  • Episode 49: London pints

    Dear Kyle visited the capital of England and whilst visiting said city, he decided to enjoy some alcoholic beverages. He was given pints that were, to quote himself, "a disgrace to humanity". 
    Distraught, he found that some pubs were closed at 9pm of a Tuesday in London which left him distraught and calling the police and the local MPs for that part of that London, as well as the Irish embassy. Probably. THIS IS NOT AN EASY PODCAST TO LISTEN TO - so be warned. 

    Also, dear Rob, has a public service announcement about sherbet cola sweet things. Don't eat loads of them basically.

    Friends, foes, comrades, political enemies. The public reached out to us with the deeply upsetting news that there is a chipper in the Dublin area charging €4.30 for a mere bag o'chips. This prompted us to drop our shit, and send dear Kyle out undercover to sample these pricey potato-based beasts for an emergency chip advisor™ special.

    As some of you may remember, dear Kyle made some claims about his cans of Smithwick's situation, as well as the price he had to pay a chap for destroying his mattress in an Air BnB.
