In this episode of the 3 Dimes podcast, the hosts Jay, Tony, and Chris share updates and stories from their time away. Jay tells the tale of being stuck in an elevator and needing to use the emergency button to escape. Tony shares his own elevator experience and talks about his paranoid phone use, trying to limit his calls to 60 seconds or less.
The conversation then turns to household chores and technology, with the hosts discussing the use of Roomba vacuum cleaners and the challenges of programming them. Jay admits to using his phone for "pornographic" activities while in the bathroom.
As the conversation continues, the hosts reference of a porno with the sticker "Be Kind Rewind" and challenge listeners to find a VCR or DVD player, suggesting that these relics from the past may be difficult to come by in the modern age. The group also reminisces about their New Year's Eve celebrations, with Chris recalling attending a concert by the Disco Biscuits and falling asleep before midnight, while his daughter pointed out that he should have been drinking.
Finally, the group discusses the popularity of the PS5 as a holiday gift, with Tony's kid earning $750 worth of Amazon gift cards from selling popcorn but still not having any games for their new console. As the episode comes to a close, the hosts leave listeners with plenty to think about and discuss.
