The research shows that lifting with some spinal flexion is safe for lower loads, and intentionally limiting range of motion can contribute to back pain persisting. Instead, you need a strategy that encourages and increases the amount of motion that's available in the back, pain-free. This can be achieved by teaching your body to shift internal fluids differently, depending on which movement or movements hurt. This video will teach you how to do that if your back hurts with flexion, extension, or rotation β° TIMESTAMPS β° 00:00 - Most lower back pain advice is useless...here's why 01:56 - Why do lower backs become stiff and painful? 03:25 - Flexion intolerance (it hurts to bend forward) 05:10 - Extension intolerance (it hurts to bend backward) 06:59 - Rotation intolerance (it hurts to twist) 08:38 - Back hurts only when lifting heavy weights β οΈ DISCLAIMER β οΈ The information provided in this video is for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
